What and where was your 1st job? Do you remember how much you were paid?

During high school I was a saleslady in the jewelry and the confectionery departments at Woolworth's in downtown Houston.
To this day, I like lots of bling and chocolate pecan clusters.
Salary amount forgotten but it met my needs.

HI GLORIA, THIS IS CHARLOTTE PATE, CLASS OF 1962. I'VE BEEN TALKING TO RON GOEDECKE ABOUT A 60TH REUNION AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD NOT WANT TO OVERSEE OUR NEXT ONE. HE HAS MOVED TO ROCKWALL, TX AND PREFERS TO TAKE A BREAK. MY CO-VOLUNTEER, LYNDA VOSWINKEL BOEHM AND I ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW PERSON, BUT WOULD LIKE YOU TO CONSIDER JOINING US IN 2022 WITH YOUR CLASS.
