I go to Angel Fire, New Mexico every summer as well as other times of the year. We built a house there 12 years ago and have shared it with many of our friends and family. I have just begun my 32nd year of teaching in Aldine. Barry and I have have been married 32 years and have 2 wonderful children and each of them found their great spouses at Texas A&M....go Aggies. We have three grandchildren...whom we adore. I love being a DeeDee.

Bailey's.....I see Beth ever so often...she is a principal in Spring.

I have met many interesting people, some famous and some not....but Tony Dowell is the most famous for us kids of the 1960 era(known to us as Wally on Leave it to Beaver) Barry and I have had many laughs with he and his wife, Lauren.

Spend time with the people I love.

My grandbabies...they are smart, beautiful, funny.....need I say more?

I have many fond memories of Sam Houston...many sweet people.
